We could only print our Quicken reports while wired to the network. Every other

technician determined that the printer name had to be changed, because
of a bug in that version of Quicken.

David was installing an update to his custom program that we had
him write, when he discovered an unsecured
network in the area. We had a tech add a second router near the pool two years
ago, we thought it was secured! He explained the benefits of a secured
network, and showed us how to disable it when we weren't using it.

SIOK Online moved our office after hours on a Saturday. Our T-1
line wasn't up when our network was connected, and David
suggested we use a dial-up connection, and then had him remotely
monitor the system until the Internet worked. I guess it finally
came up after midnight Sunday night. I got a call before I left for work
Monday morning that our system was up!
