                                               What you need to know about Remote Sessions:
First, RUN the .EXE to download your session program. After you RUN the session installer, the connection begins automatically. Your session (and ALL connections) automatically cancelled when DISCONNECTED. Technicians can never return to your PC without a different PIN number. .  Each PIN number is good for only TWENTY minutes, and may only be used once.  Please beat the deadline, or the process must be repeated.
  • A chat window open during the whole time, which lets you  DISCONNECT your session at any time!
  • When you are prompted, please ALLOW "Remote-Connection", or any other prompts. 
  • You'll see your mouse move around the screen, and windows open as the work progresses
  • Ask about our Calling-Card, for future sessions, which bypasses the PIN requirement.  It is particularly handy for pc challenged family member that need their computer repaired. We guide them thru every step of our work.  Feel free to ask questions if you want!
                                             Remote-Control FAQ's:
  • Your technician cannot do anything on your machine that you cannot see.  If a menu opens, you'll see it.
  • If the technician transfers a file in ANY direction, you see a PROGRESS BAR in the chat window
  • Before a file transfer to your PC, you'll see a prompt for a FILE DESTINATION LOCATION, before ANY transfer begins.
  • If you see the transfer progress bar start without a prompt for location, you can DISCONNECT immediately if desired.
  • Please stay available for contact with your technician, unless you notify the technician while your service is performed
